Bernie encourages me in every way to be the best “me” that I can be. His positive attitude and cheerful disposition will turn any “okay” day into a good one. He has helped me get my nutrition under control and I have improved my strength and flexibility tremendously since joining his gym.
Bernie is AWESOME!! Very supportive and listens. Everyone is different and he takes that into consideration. If you have a problem with a particular exercise, he will find something else more suiting to your needs. He brings out the best in people. I have worked out with a variety of different trainers through the years and have never seen anything like what Bernie and BigBad Wolfe Ironworks offers. Bernie takes a totally realistic approach to nutrition/health – I don’t want to give away his secrets, but trust me, it will blow your mind and you will see results! I also love his theory of “muscle confusion.” I have no idea whether my muscles are confused or not (LOL), but I will tell you that my hour FLIES by with all of the fun and random things he has me do each session.
